How to customise your template

To get started, download the zip file below, unpack it and  then open in Adobe Illustrator CS. Within the artboards are clear instructions on how to carry out the edits listed below.

Once finished, save as PDF and upload to us for printing.

About the template...

Full Page Images

This calendar template can be fully utilised by using full page images, making the most of the print area. The full page images sit nicely beneath the dates.

Half Page Images

The template also lends itself to use half page or landscape images, cropped to the 'day of the month' line. Or you can use a mixture of both half and full images.

National Holidays

We have included all the UK national holidays into this calendar template. You can add or remove to your liking.

Add Custom Dates

Why not add your own custom dates. Special relevant dates for your business or family.

Customise the fonts

The downloadable template uses the google font 'Oswald' but this can be changed to any font very easily. Match the font to your brand or your liking.

Generic Colours

For consistency, we have used a cyan blue as the generic colour for this template. You may want to edit the colour to something which matches your brand.

Modify the Template

On each page, we have added a mini version of both the previous month and the next month. If you don't want them included, just delete them.

Days of the week

We have used shortened week days, which have been centralised within the template. You may wish to change this. The choice is yours.

Use the Image title box

We have given you an area for description text. Something about the image, the month, whatever might be relevant, or delete if not needed.

Round Cornered Date Boxes

Within the template are the elements needed to add round corners to the date boxes if required. You can see how the round cornered dates boxes look, on the October page.

Add your Logo and Branding

There is plenty of opportunity within this calendar template to customise and add your company logo, your contact details or even a sponsor for a charity calendar.

Add Additional Pages

Your calendar doesn't have to be just 12 months and a cover. Why not add a year planner, a sponsors page, contact page, a special offer, a call to action?
