Give us any phone numbers that you use.

Due to the nature of deadline print we may need to contact you in the evening or over the weekend. If you are on a tight deadline and looking for quick turnaround, it is also a good idea to give us the name and phone number of someone else who can speak knowledgeably, answer questions and make decisions about your job.

If we unable to contact you, it may be impossible to print your job.

The colour on my job is critical, how can I be sure that the print will be faithful to the design?

We print in CMYK, your screen displays in RGB - there WILL be a difference between what you think you'll get, and what you actually get... Fact. If your job is colour critical, you MUST ORDER A COLOUR PROOF at the time of your order.

NOTE: Ordering colour proofs is a chargeable extra and will add at least 3 days to your delivery time.

It may be advisable to purchase a pantone reference guide, so you can see how your chosen colours will come out in print click here. Once you have approved your hardcopy proof, you will need to send it back so we can match the press run to your proof. If a colour proof is not ordered, we can not be responsible for any colour variations from your monitor to the printed job. Without colour proofing, colour variations will occur. If you need to attain perfect colour on your job, it can only be achieved by a colour proof.
