Requirements for the FFT (Friends and Family Test) feedback forms are currently being rolled out across the UK. All providers of NHSD services are required to give their service users the opportunity to give unbias, anonymous feedback on the care and service they have recieved.
It is the service providers roll to feed the findings back to NHS. We aren't here to concern ourselves with how that happens, but to give you, the service provider an economical solution to collecting that information.
